Smart Playlists automatically organize your music library based on criteria like artist, genre, mood, or listening frequency. They update automatically as you add new songs, keeping your library perfectly organized without any manual work. Once you've imported music from Google Drive or Dropbox, Smart Playlists will automatically organize them. Learn more about the Smart Playlist feature or discover trending music from our Top Hits Charts to add to your playlists.
Open Offline Player and navigate to the Playlists section. Tap the "+" or "Create Playlist" button to start creating a new playlist.
Tip: Smart Playlists are automatically created for each artist in your library. You can also create custom smart playlists.
Select "Smart Playlist" from the creation options. You'll see several automatic organization types:
By Artist
Automatically groups all songs by each artist
By Genre
Organizes music by genre (Pop, Rock, Jazz, etc.)
By Mood
Creates playlists based on song mood (Happy, Chill, Energetic)
Most Played
Groups your most frequently played songs
After selecting a type, you can customize the rules for your Smart Playlist. For example:
You can combine multiple rules to create highly specific Smart Playlists.
Give your Smart Playlist a descriptive name (e.g., "My Rock Collection" or "Chill Vibes Only"). Tap "Create" to save it. The playlist will immediately populate with songs matching your criteria.
To edit a Smart Playlist, tap the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the playlist name and select "Edit Rules". You can:
